Shipping Policy

At Altrucia, we offer free shipping across Canada on all orders above $150 CAD.

We also provide Express Delivery for select locations.

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch

  • Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped via trusted courier services such as Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx

  • Order Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We currently only ship within Canada.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at info@altrucia.ca with your order details.

Please Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Any item returned without prior authorization
