3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free standard shipping across Canada on orders over $50 CAD.

  • Express delivery is available in select locations.

  • Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Altrucia is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Non-refundable items: Sale items and gift cards.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
